Capitalizing on summer
Those gorgeous warm days and the beauty of Renfrew Park draw old and young alike to enjoy nature and a step back in time. Summer Institute, with a variety of activities for children, is a great way for kids to enjoy the park while learning something new and exciting.
Last summer, we offered programs for young nature lovers, including Summer Stories, Nose to Nose with Nature, and Down a Garden Path.
After much uncertainty, Summer Institute will return in 2020!
Three Sessions of a new program, Nose to Nose and More….EXPLORE! are planned on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from June 29 to July 29. See details here:

The Institute at Renfrew partners with the Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library and the Blue Ridge Summit Free Library in their Summer Reading Programs. Kids who attend an Institute at Renfrew summer program receive a SECRET CODE to unlock points at the libraries! Prizes awarded to participants!
